BioMe+

Scientifically formulated to support your microbiome.

BioMe+ is a dietary supplement enriched with a minimum of 10 billion microorganisms to nurture the gut microbiome. Scientifically proven to aid in stress management, it also contributes to a brighter mood.

Healthy gut for happy brain

Braingood’s BioMe+ contains living microorganisms, specifically lacto- and bifidobacteria, which have been thoroughly studied in preclinical and clinical trials to understand their effects on the gut microbiome and the gut-brain axis.

These studies consistently show that the strains remain active having passed the human digestive tract and strongly attach to human intestinal cells. This enhances the intestinal barrier and prevents harmful microorganisms from settling and may have positive effect on the immune system.

The research has also shown that BioMe+ can improve processing of so-called prebiotic fibers inulin and fructooligosaccharides[1-6]. The combination of prebiotic substances and the right microorganisms can also prevent unpleasant symptoms such as bloating, constipation and diarrhea[7, 8].

Research on the Braingood strains indicates that they help individuals dealing with stress and depression to better manage anxiety and tension, while also enhancing their mood[9, 10]. Furthermore, the strains present in BioMe+ have received approved Health Claims in Canada and the USA, reinforcing their positive impact on the brain.

The Ingredients

LACTOBACILLUS RAHMNOSUS ROSELL®-11

According to a scientific article in the prestigious journal 'Infection and Immunity' this strain reduces the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to human epithelial cells [1].

Magnesium

contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal functioning of energy metabolism.

BIFIDOBACTERIUM ANIMALIS SUBSP. LACTIS LAFTI B94®

Australian researchers have found that this bacterial strain remains active having passed the gastrointestinal tract and effectively utilizes prebiotics such as inulin and fructooligosaccharides[6].

L. HELVETICUS ROSELL®-52 in combination with B. LONGUM ROSELL®-175

Several studies indicate that these two bacterial strains help individuals to cope with stress and depression, while also improving their mood and sleep quality[9,10].

One or two times per day, stir one sachet of BioMe+ (=4g) into approx. 100 ml of water and allow to activate for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir again and drink within 10 minutes. We recommend taking it at least one hour prior to or two hours after a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy living. A varied and balanced diet as well as healthy living are important.
